Icon and pop star MARINA released the feel-good anthem "CUNTISSIMO" on April 10. The singer revealed that it marks the third single off her new album Princess of Power, out June 6. The track highlights her signature octave-jumping melodies and clever lyricism wrapped in a Regency-inspired music video. She explores themes of power, sensuality, and independence through sparkling electronic production. The song immediately hooks the listener, with an orchestral string intro contrasting the heavy-hitting bass line that follows, mirroring femininity's softness and strength. Lyrics like "Oh baby, it's a way of life / Don't let nobody dull my shine" and "Cause your energy's precious" empower listeners to be unapologetically authentic and own their confidence.

The track is a love letter to womanhood. MARINA dares her audience to be fearless and reclaim their shine, rejecting the idea that one can be 'too much.' She lists examples of the "CUNTISSIMO" lifestyle in the song's catchy chorus. Lyrics like "Thelma and Louise on the run / Salma Hayek in the sun" and "Leaving that loser on read," inspire fans to cut off any energy and joy-stealers and focus on pleasure.

The music video follows MARINA and her crew through an 1800s opulent party. The singer frolics through the mansion, poses in high-fashion corseted looks, and has pillow fights, all visuals that convey the euphoric feeling of living carefree.

"So often, women don't think they're allowed to feel their sexuality in a way that doesn't involve how it looks for men," shared MARINA in a press release. "They feel that it's been co-opted - I would love to be able to free younger women of that, the feeling that our bodies don't quite belong to us."

MARINA conquered the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival on April 11, debuting the single live. She returns next Friday, April 18, for Weekend 2 and embarks on a festival tour throughout summer, with her album release day aligning with the World Pride Music Festival date.
