Joe Gatto has made millions laugh on the TV show Impractical Jokers, getting into crazy antics and daring his friends to do embarrassing things. Although he left the show in 2021, his brand of comedy has translated well to his touring act, selling out venues and music halls across the country. Joe brought his current Let's Get Into It tour to Concord, NH, on Dec. 30 and performed a hysterical set to a packed house at the Capitol Center for the Arts.
Joe told anecdotes about his childhood, sneaking into a VIP Hollywood party, his time working at a men's clothing store, sliding down a hill in Alaska, and offering an explanation of why Bluey is such a hit TV show (to be fair, the theme song is quite catchy). He ended his set with a hilarious Instagram DM exchange he had with a fan about her TV sound not working properly.
Mark Jigarjian, a comedian and close friend of Joe, opened the night. He shared stories about being a new dad and his experiences with his in-laws. Mark has appeared on Impractical Jokers previously and told how the show is a hit in India (cue tie to in-laws). When his now-wife was describing who Mark was to her parents when they first started dating, she used the descriptions "bald" and "on Impractical Jokers." The parents' eyes lit up with joy when they yelled, "You're dating Murr!" This left the crowd in stitches.
Joe still has a lot of stops left on his tour, which ends June 14 in Iowa. He is set to visit Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, Nebraska, Ohio, Massachusetts, California, and many, many other states throughout his travels. Go to www.joegattoofficial.com to learn more and get tickets.
