AURORA Soars At MGM Music Hall

AURORA Soars At MGM Music Hall

Singer-songwriter AURORA transported Boston to her lush soundscape forest at the What Happened To The Earth? Part 2 Tour. Her haunting melodies and striking visuals were an exemplary triumph of live music. Fans spilled into the venue in glittering gold pinecone earrings, fuzzy sweaters, and statement necklaces. The night began with the powerful track "Churchyard." Tight harmonies and sharp percussion infused energy into the venue, with Aurora and her band immediately captivating the crowd. She used expressive arm movements and twirling dance moves to hypnotize the audience and hold that energy high throughout the night.

AURORA paused between songs to express her genuine gratitude. Hailing from Norway, she shared her surprise at how many fans in this major U.S. city were in the venue to see her. Her candidness was charming and invited new and old fans alike to fully immerse themselves in the show. Each aspect of the production enhanced the show, with visuals like a keyhole with an eye looking through it and lighting that left spots on AURORA, cultivating the eclectic edge of her electronic pop and folk music. If you haven't already, make sure to catch Aurora live before the What Happened To The Earth? Part 2 Tour ends in June. Buy tickets here.
